Production accounting in “1C: Management of our company 8”
Capabilities for production accounting
“1C: Management of our company 8” allows you to perform comprehensive production accounting – order and serial. With the help of the program, you can control all stages of production and fulfillment of orders, conduct a detailed analysis of the work of the enterprise. Users of the program have access to a built-in convenient production scheduler with flexible settings for individual needs. The program implemented:
formation of a task for production under the customer’s order;
tracking the status of production tasks;
maintaining specifications with materials for each product;
accounting for the production of semi-finished products and products.
Program reports allow you to find out the planned cost of finished products and analyze the volume of production for the desired period.
To activate production accounting, set the appropriate checkboxes in the accounting settings (section “Company” – “Even more opportunities” – tab “Production”). After these steps, the “Production” section will become available.
Next, check the box “Inventory reservation” to be able to place customer orders for production and control their supply (section “Company” – “Even more options” – tab “Purchases”).
Cost planning: specifications
Product specifications are provided to automate the write-off of materials into production, as well as the correct calculation of the planned cost of the product in the program. The specification defines the list of materials used and the list of technological operations performed.
Before creating specifications, it is necessary to fill in the reference book “Nomenclature” (section “Company” – “Nomenclature”):
Products.
Materials.
Technological operations of production.
Now let’s open the product card in the “Nomenclature” directory and proceed to enter the specification using the link of the same name.
Technological operations that are necessary in the production of this product can be specified on the “Operations” tab.
The program implements the ability to create several specifications for one stock item.
In order to get the planned cost of production, it is necessary to add the purchase price to each material and each operation in the specification.
In a similar way, we will assign discount prices for technological operations (nomenclature with the “Operation” type). Only in this case, enter the rate for the employee for performing the operation as the price.
The report “Normative composition of the product” will allow you to find out the planned cost of production (section “Production” – “Reports”).
Create a production order
The document “Order for production” is intended for planning the production of certain products by a given date. We can create this document on the basis of the “Buyer’s order” document. It can also be created in the “Production” section using the link of the same name (section “Sales” – “Order of the buyer” or section “Production” – “Order for production”)
On the “Materials” tab, we indicate the stocks that are planned to be used in production. By clicking the “Fill according to specification” button, the program will automatically add the materials specified in the specification for the product specified on the “Products” tab.
After filling out the document, click the “Submit and close” button. The program will post the production order.
For operational control of production orders by stages, the document provides for the “Status” field.
Analytics: Order Ensuring
In 1C: Managing Our Company, a buyer’s order for products is considered unsecured if it is not sent to production or there is no reserve of materials in the warehouse for it. There are several ways to check order availability:
Method 1
Conduct analysis of the report “Analysis of the buyer’s order”. You can go to it from the buyer’s order for which you want to check the collateral.
Method 2
Analyze the “Order Fulfillment” report (section “Sales” – “Reports”)
We control the timing and execution of orders for production
To control the timing of production, you can open the journal of orders for production. When analyzing the timing, the program compares the current date and the date specified in the “Finish” column in the order.
The Production Orders report allows you to analyze the status of order fulfillment.
Keeping track of production
To account for the release of finished products in the program, the document “Production” is intended. Let’s create this document on the basis of the document “Order for production”. It can also be created using the link of the same name in the “Production” section.
In order to write off the actually used materials during the release of products, you must specify the used nomenclature on the “Materials” tab.
After filling out the document, click the “Submit” button. When posting a document, the nomenclature specified on the “Materials” tab will be written off from the warehouse, and the products reflected on the “Products” tab will go to the warehouse.
To analyze the volume of output for the period, open the report “Product output” (Section “Production” – “Reports”).
